How can I use my gift voucher?

Your gift voucher is valid for 18 months. If it doesn't match the hut category or experience you want to book, don't worry! Please contact our team, who will be happy to transfer its value to another category or experience.

Please note that it is not possible to use an online gift voucher to make a booking.

You can either book your cabin online and the team will refund your payment on presentation of proof of your gift voucher.

I would like to add a message to my gift voucher

Once you have added the vouchers to your basket, you can choose to add a personal message, either for each voucher separately, or a message to be copied onto your entire order.

This is a last-minute gift, can I get an electronic voucher?

Yes, add the items to your shopping basket and, in the delivery method, choose to send them by e-mail. You will then receive a copy of the purchase voucher and the gift voucher in electronic format.

We can also send an e-mail directly to the recipient. Please make sure that the gift voucher has not arrived in the spam folder.
